Wanted - Skilled Vehicle Technician

Here at Autotech we genuinely care about what we do and strive to provide an extraordinary quality of service for our customers. We offer a wide range of services on various different vehicle types so no typical day is the same.

Minimum requirement of Level 3 in Auto repair and 3 years experience in the trade.

We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in the motor trade who is suitably experienced to:
• Accurately diagnose a cause of a wide range of faults and use diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out MOT repairs.
• Carry out service schedules and meet quality standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Key qualities we are also looking for:
• The ability and drive to learn something new and keep up with the ever-changing industry.
• A good attitude and enthusiasm.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
A good sense of humour is also very welcome!

What we offer as a company:
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
• Company Pension.
• Staff discount on car servicing
• 3-5 days Christmas holiday at Directors discretion.
• Company events

Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.

🚴🏼‍♀️🩵💜 Supporting our very own Seanie on her 1,551km Challenge for PAPYRUS 💜🩵🚴🏼‍♀️

This August our receptionist Seanie is taking on an incredible and deeply personal challenge: cycling 1,551km - the virtual distance from Land's End to John O'Groats - all in memory of her younger brother Vincenzo who she tragically lost in 2021 when he was just 21 years old.

Seanie's doing this to raise funds and awareness for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Su***de, a charity that works tirelessly to support young people struggling with their mental health and to prevent other families experiencing the heartbreak her family has had to deal with.

This isn't just a physical challenge, its emotional, mental and deeply meaningful . She'll be cycling on average 30 miles a day - while working here, running her own business, being a mum and juggling life. Seanie has set her goal to £1 per kilometre: total of £1,551.

We're unbelievably proud to have someone so strong, compassionate and determined as part of our team here at Autotech Lincs.
