Over a week since I got the car back, and nothing heard from Hyundai Customer Service. Not even a courtesy call to see how things are going. What was I expecting really though?

Finally, after 2 years, the car seems to have been fixed. 2 years ago, one of the dealers said it was likely to be the Catalytic Converter, but that fell on deaf ears at Hyundai. This final visit has put me out of pocket, as I had to pay more for fuel in the hire car. Hyundai put me through a nightmare whilst I had major things happening in my life, and it could have all been avoided if they just did things properly. This is not the end though, as I want to help others that have had issues with Hyundai, and want this page to be a platform for help and change.

Day 56 without my Car. The call from Hyundai Customer Service, about having a part on order seems to be a lie. I spoke to the Dealership last week, and they said no part is on order, and they had only just sent a fuel sample off to be checked. Now waiting for a call back which was promised by Customer Service by today.

It will be 5 weeks this week since I took my car to the dealership. Not been worked on for over 3 weeks now and had no contact from Hyundai for nearly 3 weeks. Strange that they continue to pay for the hire car (not a Hyundai).

The car has now been booked into the Dealers for the umpteenth and final time! Hyundai say it is only on record that it has been into dealer 5 times. It is double that, and shows that the Liverpool Dealership were not logging it onto the system. Their negligence has cost me the ability to reject the car!

Update: Hyundai are now simply ignoring all my messages, and have not replied to the official complaint.

The Manager of Liverpool Hyundai is also now ignoring me. The only person that communicated there with me has left!

So, this shows how this company deals with issues from their customers if they cannot sort it out.

I really feel like going down there and blocking their entrance with my car one day!!
