Fone Fixers was created in 2016 as the owner was using his personal facebook to liase with customers and time to create a page where people can leave reviews on work done. We don’t see you as a member of the public we keep you updated throughout the repair/unlock process. Fone Fixers will keep you updated via text message to a nominated number when your device is taken in for repair. When we take

the device for repair we will give you an estimated period of time it will take to repair and should it fall outside that we take 10% off the quote. When we receive the device for repair it will be inspected and tested to check for any other defects and the customer will be advised on action that may need to be taken. We offer repairing & unlocking of devices. We would like to make it clear and understanding we DO NOT unblock devices (i.e. devices reported lost or stolen) we DO NOT offer IMEI Repair neither. All unlocking of devices are official and legal and the device can be updated after the unlock without re-locking the device. When apple devices require unlocking you will need to know all the iCloud information before the unlock process can begin. All repairs are supplied with a 6 month warranty. The warranty ONLY covers the parts replaced by Fone Fixers.
