Ford Transit Custom, presented and recommended to us for blocked DPF, we carried out our comprehensive testing and data checks to find the cause of the DPF not successfully regenerating itself was due to having a mass air flow sensor previously fitted ( elsewhere ) that was wrong for this model.
Solution was correct maf sensor Fitted and check data for correct readings, DPF removed cleaned on our off car DPF cleaning machine refitted adaptions reset & road tested to confirm fixed.

New engine from Ford going into this Fiesta van ready to get back out to work for a busy plasterer, the customer had kept up on Correct regular servicing but his old garage had not advised him to replace the wet belt, it had frayed and broken up leaving the engine with no oil pressure. Correct fix was required genuine Ford engine, turbo, vacuum pump, clutch kit and every gasket / seal replaced.

We have been cleaning DPF’S since 2017 and felt it was time to upgrade our machine our new machine goes through 3 different wash cycles fully customised depending on the soot and ash accumulation, pre and post clean pressure reading with report and dried ready to fit back onto your car as good as new. It’s been great to work alongside our supplier Blastwash UK and look forward to the future.
