so a warning to you all before Amazon steal from you all too..........Check www. Amazon.com, log in with your normal UK details and check your payment transactions under your account setting. Somehow I am paying Amazon.com prime at $14.99 and UK prime at £8.99. Amazon USA have been taking money off me since December 2020, amounting to over $500. I've never shopped at .com, never been to USA, yet somehow despite only having one amazon account I have unknowingly been charged Prime twice a month for over three years (yes my fault for not discovering it sooner, was a small amount so didn't really see it, but that doesn't change anything). They have refunded me partially, but not all and its completely not acceptable...........its theft. please go check as it looks like a common theme, especially during Covid. There USA customer service manager was a complete let down and frankly arrogant. Hope this warning helps........updates to follow

Not one to rant, but SAGE seriously???
I have just spent 8 hours inputting invoices into Sage, just about to save and a repetitive dialogue box has appeared stopping me from doing anything, box loads and then just starts again, been an hour now.
Can't save my work or do anything, It's just stuck, called SAGE technical support, which I actually pay to have and explained what is happening and that I can't afford to lose 8 hours of work and what was their reply......................................??????

Yes, you got it, "TURN IT OFF"

How much do I.T geeks get paid to tell everyone to turn it off, I already know I could have done that, I needed a solution to the problem to avoid losing all that work, not a 30 minute wait for "expert" help to state the obvious.

So I have, shut Sage down, lost all that work and do you think I have the motivation to input all that again.............no.

We have ran out of trainers men and woman’s tracksuit trousers men and women’s t-shirts and Sleeping bags and jumpers if everyone could put the word out on there Facebook for donations that would be very much appreciated 👍🏻

That’s form the group we support.
Can anyone help us out, we are helping the homeless at the moment and supporting “new help for homeless” with clothes and helping to keep there van going for deliveries of clothes and food.
If anyone can help in other ways just let me know.
Some of us are fortunate in life, some are content but there are a few really struggling and we are doing all we can to help at the moment.
