Update - from KWR Services Ltd 📢

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Kirk’s dad. During this difficult time, Kirk and the family will be taking some time away to grieve and make arrangements.

As a result, KWR Services Ltd will remain closed until 23/02/2026, when we hope to return to normal activities.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support. We will respond to any enquiries as soon as possible after we reopen.

Good morning
Unfortunately Kirk is having to go back to the hospital today as the problem he had two weeks ago has returned.
We are not sure how that will affect his work for next week.
If you are booked in for work on your vehicle on Monday or Tuesday, please call us beforehand to ensure you do not have a wasted journey.
The landline at KWR is diverted to Kirk’s personal number.
So, please call 02380 335442 on the morning of your booking. We can then update you on the current situation.

We will also update this message when Kirk is working normally again.

We apologise sincerely but unfortunately Kirk has been taken ill and is unable to work at the moment.
We are not sure exactly how long he will be off work but we will endeavour to catch up on all outstanding jobs as soon as possible.
We will post another notice to inform everyone when he returns which will hopefully be soon.
Those customers who have been booked in this week will then be able to reschedule their appointments if they wish.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

📢 Afternoon closure notice 📢

Unfortunately, I’ll be closed for the rest of today due to an unexpected trip to the eye hospital — apparently my eye decided to start a small scrap-metal collection! 🛠️👁️

Four tiny metal souvenirs have now been successfully evicted, and I’ll be back to normal soon.

Thanks for your understanding and see you when my vision is a bit less… industrial!

Afternoon KWR Customers 💚

As some of you may or may not know our Kirk has been exploring in Europe for the past week for his Stag Do! - due to unforeseen travel issues, Kirk is currently stuck in Calais and is now experiencing a 3/4 hour delay in departure…for this reason, we have had to make the business decision to close on Tuesday 20th August 2024. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We will be sure to be in touch with anyone who had a pre-booked appointment upon the reopening of KWR.
