CPG Auto Solutions Ltd is a growing automotive repair and maintenance business committed to providing excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the business.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, eager to learn, and looking to develop their career within the automotive business.

Key Responsibilities include
• Manage and organise customer appointments.
• Order car parts from our local suppliers.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
• Prepare invoices, reports, spreadsheets, and carry out basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
• Supplier communications and order office or workshop supplies.
• Perform general administrative duties and provide ad hoc support to the team.

Essential
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Desirable
• Previous administrative or office experience.
• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with accounting (Xero) or workshop management software.
• Business Administration qualification or similar but not essential
