An opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Reception – Administrator
to join us on a full-time Monday to Friday 9.00 – 3.30 PM flexible basis to maintain a 5-star service for our customers.
We are a friendly family run garage established in northshields for over 35 years.
We are a Euro Repar Approved garage and work to an extremely high standard.
We strive on customer service and high-quality workmanship.
Are you the Workshop Reception – Administrator we are looking for
The ideal Workshop Reception – Administrator will possess:
Key Skills and requirements:
• Customer focused at all times
• Exceptional telephone & face to face communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with Attention to detail
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Ability to work confidentially
• Working independently and within a team
• Educated to Level 3 or higher
• Full clean Driving Licence
• Job Type: Full-time
What will I be responsible for?
• Front of house Service desk duties
• Creating service, repair invoices
• chasing late payments
• Contacting our customers to book their vehicles into the Workshop for servicing or repairs
• Receiving incoming telephone enquiries regarding vehicle status
• Assisting customers with general queries
• Directing enquiries efficiently and Maximising service opportunities
• Updating customer details in line with the GDPR
• Filing and maintaining effective administrative processes
• Ad hoc service administration as reasonably requested
We are a busy garage with a substantial customer base so you must be a fit and capable person willing to work as a team member.
What can we offer you?
In return for your reliability and hard work, you will be offered a great range of benefits including:
• permanent and full time, Monday to Friday 9.00 – 3.30 PM flexible
• Salary to be discussed upon interview depending on qualifications and experience.
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
