❗️Notice to customers❗️

Thank you for being loyal customers and putting your valuable trust in our business for all these years.

Although we have tried our best to keep expenses as low as we can, our operating cost have increased just like a lot of businesses, due to recent times and cost of living.

We have had to make the tough decision of increasing our MOT fee to £40.00.

This increase will become effective from the 1st of august 2024.

As always thank you for all your business and support over all these years we have been in business, from all the staff at R’n’M Autos.

🌟 Well it’s almost goodbye to 2021! 🌟

We like to say a massive thank you to all of our wonderful customers for the supposed over all these years since we opened our doors but especially the last few. With covid and all the lockdowns and restrictions you have all been so understanding and patient with us and we greatly appreciate yous all for that! We cannot wait to see you all in the new year, our regulars, our new faces, we look forward to seeing you all! 💚

We’d also like that say a massive thank you to our amazing staff who have worked so hard from day one and have been absolutely exceptional throughout these last few years working with new rules and restrictions. We strongly believe we have the most amazing team and nothing could change our mind on that. Thank you so much to you all!💚
Also as some of you may have seen this year there’s been a little helper sleeping and wandering bringing some smiles to all of our customers, pictures below.😁

We have officially closed our doors for 2021 and will not be opening until the 4th of January 2022. We look forward to seeing you all in the new year and can’t wait to begin this new chapter with you all!

‼️MOT Pass certificates are no longer being printed from today‼️
However Failure sheets will still be printed as normal!

❗️Important update MOT certificates❗️

As of Monday the 18th of October 2021 MOT test pass certificates will no longer be printed due to government guild lines.

If you do require a MOT test pass certificate for a specific reason you will have to ask a member of staff in our office before the vehicle goes in for its MOT or when you book in.

MOT failure certificates will still be printed as normal but once the vehicle has been retested the pass will be updated online and again there will be no pass certificate print out. However your pass certificate can be accessed through link below.

Well the year is almost coming to an end with Christmas and new year just a couple of days away!⭐️🎄
Is anyone else ready for 2020 to end? What a year it’s been with so many ups and downs, we will never forget 2020. However, bring on 2021!
As some may know we are closing over Christmas and New year. Our last day working this year will be the 23rd and we won’t be returning until the 4th of January. If you’d still like to enquire about noises on your car or bookings for next year you can email us on [email protected] and we will try to get back to you as soon as we can.☺️

We’d like to share some of our memories over the years full of laughter and happiness!!
Our amazing staff here have been absolutely amazing this year working through all the changes we can’t thank them enough for all their hard work!

HELLO EVERYONE AND HAPPY MONDAY!😁

We’re here to inform you all that we are now officially open for business again! We are aware of how scary and hard times are at the moment and that is why we are trying our best to make sure we can make this time a little bit easier!
As you can see from the photos below our lads are happy to be back and working! We have also made a few changes around here while we were on lockdown redecorating our office, office toilet and our kitchen out back! 😄
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID19) a few things have been put in place to make sure our workplace is as safe as it can be! Here’s just a few things that have changed for the time being and also a couple of things that our customers can do to insure we keep this a safe working environment☺️.

🚗 MOT certificates and failure sheets unfortunately will not be handed out due to possible contamination. If you wish to check you MOT certificate you can look online at www.gov.uk/check-mot-history or if you would like a copy of your certificate once this is all over you are more than welcome to pop in once this is all over for a reprint.
🚗 Car keys must be handed in without any attachments such as key rings, other keys, etc.
🚗 Please keep to the two metre rule when on the premises. In our office we can have one customer at a time, when queuing please keep two metre apart from other customers and also our staff at all times.
🚗 If able to please clean steering wheels, gears sticks, indicator/headlight stalks and door handles as our staff will be coming into contact with these. Gloves will be work by our staff at all times and keys and steering wheels will be cleaned by our staff before cars are collected.
🚗 Our office is currently not in use as we can not accommodate our waiting area due to the virus.
🚗 Due to virus we will be closing earlier some days and will inform you on the day what time we plan on closing that day.

A very big thank you from all of our staff and we hope everyone is staying safe and doing well!

Hello everyone!
Firstly wanting to start off this post to make sure that all of our customers are safe and proceed to stay safe until this is finally all over! We can’t wait to be reunited with all of our lovely customers soon!😁🤞🏼

Due to the horrendous Covid-19 virus we are closed till further notice. We are aware that people will still need to arrange bookings for the foreseeable future for either MOT, Servicing, repairs, to call about enquires or even worrying about strange noises or problems you are having with your vehicles. Due to this our phone lines have been switched and will direct you straight to our office staff where you are able to talk to our lovely Donna who will help you the best she can with bookings, advise, etc. 😁
To contact via phone it will be our usual landline 01914279190 or if you would like to contact us by email on [email protected] however we don’t take bookings on this page ☺️.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch we are here to try and help the most we can during this difficult time!
