This customer was very lucky her engine wasn't catastrophically damaged due to low oil pressure!!!

The 'wet' timing belt runs in oil, but because of this design, it degrades and blocks the oil pipe which provides the engine with oil.

The vehicle is now repaired and back with the customer.
