Wednesday 24th: 8.30-12pm
Thursday 25th December - 1st January: Closed

Apprentice Mechanic

We are looking for a vehicle technician and apprentice mechanic to join our small but busy team in North Solihull.

Technician’s Job Responsibilities
* Vehicle maintenance and repairs
* Cam belts, clutches and diagnostics
* Tyre fitting / repairs

Apprentice Criteria
* Willing to learn & improve skills
* Polite and well mannered
* Able to listen & understand instructions

Personal Specification for all applicants
* Good customer facing skills
* Punctual and reliable
* Ability to work well in a busy environment and under pressure.

Hours of Work and Pay
* 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday - Every Other Saturday)
* Salary to be discussed privately depending on applicant.

We’re seeking a Tyre Fitter to join our team, experience preferred but full training provided.

Applicant requirements:

✔️ Attention to detail - must want to do the job right, first time every time, work quality is the most important aspect of the role.
✔️ A 'can do' attitude, always looking to progress jobs and find solutions and also being able to work to overcome challenges.
✔️ Must be punctual and committed, with a desire to help the business.
✔️ Must have a positive attitude and look to work with and support our team.
✔️ Be friendly and approachable.

Candidates need to have the correct attitude towards work on our highly valued customers' vehicles. Commitment and passion for the industry is a must along with being able to work in a fast pace busy workplace.
