BMW 335d

Returning customer booked in for an interim service on their BMW.

Using a better performance engine oil along with a Bosch oil filter to ensure this M Performance twin turbo machine runs reliably everyday for the customer.

Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG

Booked in for some maintenance and a drop in
K&N air filter upgrade to improve performance and intake sound.

Using all genuine parts, carried out an interim service along with cabin filter & also changing the oil in the rear differential.

BMW 435i

Booked back in with us for an upgrade due to a failing diverter valve. I’ve never seen one this bad to be completely split along the diaphragm and fall to pieces when removed.

Customer supplied a Turbosmart blow-off valve to fit. An upgrade over standard as a true plug and play electronic billet design with full OE control which gives greater reliability and performance.

This upgrade is more responsive and allows for increased boost pressure + the added benefit of the blow-off sound.

VW Jetta

Big job to get this Jetta back together and on the road again. This has been parked up for over a year due to excessive crank walk. With no material left on the thrust washers for one side, it caused wear into the block and crank meaning a replacement engine was most feasible and affordable option for this customer.

Assembled the replacement CDL engine which is an upgrade over the original BWA block. Swapping over his balance shaft free-wheel upgrade. We also had the main cap machined to suit a 360 degree thrust washer set as these 2.0 tfsi’s are common for suffering with the 180 degree thrust washers failing.

Built up, fitted into the bay. All ancillaries on.
Rad pack fitted, brackets made to support the intercooler and crash bar trimmed and painted.

Engine now running spot on and vehicle ready for handover 🤝

Porsche 911 C4S

New customer booked in to have their Porsche repaired from a failed driveshaft.

Front left driveshaft had completely sheared from the outer CV joint. Upon closer inspection, can see it’s a cheap aftermarket driveshaft which are common for failing.

Customer supplied a used but genuine replacement driveshaft. To go along with this, I’ve replaced all inner joint bolts, retaining plates, hub nut and the missing brake cooling duct with genuine parts.

• Coil pack & HT leads replaced to rectify intermittent misfire ☑️

• Auxilairy belt & tensioner replaced due to a noisy bearing ☑️
