We’ve been here since 2004, helping independent repairer’s, we provide an Audatex or GT Motive estimating service - fixed prices, free supplementary service, advice and support. We’re here to help independent repairer, giving them access to qualified estimators using the Audatex estimating system on their behalf. Independent repairers can request an estimate at any time, they don’t need an Audatex

account, they simply create an account on our portal via our website, then fill out our Estimate Request Form and send us information and images. We’ll prepare an Audatex estimate on their behalf, once checked and confirmed by the independent repairer - the estimate can then be networked (forwarded) to an insurer for authority. We support independent repairers throughout the whole repair process, giving advice along the way and providing a supplementary service for anything extra found during the repairs - such as hidden damage, extra parts or price changes. Our estimators are bodyshop people, we all understand how difficult it can be for independent repairers out there - with our help, we’ve been bringing them to the table, creating a level playing field for them to compete with insurers who may have taken advantage in the past. Without exception, our current customers have seen an increase in profit since using our services - which is all down to our estimating skills and getting paid for everything they do. We think all independent repairers should have access to Audatex, which can be provided by us or Audatex’s own pay-as-you-go service - we simply bring the skills to make sure the system delivers the results and puts profit back into your business.

But when you strip it all back, the basics still matter.

Independent repairers have had to work hard for every bit of ground they have gained.

In many cases, they are doing excellent work, looking after customers properly, and trying to keep standards high. But too often they are still left having to justify repairs, costs, and methods more than they should.

We do not think that is right.

A huge thank you to the NBRA for hosting such a fantastic event last week.

The team from Estimate Solutions thoroughly enjoyed being part of it. It was a brilliantly organised event from start to finish, bringing together so many great people from across the repair industry in one place.

It was a real pleasure to meet and speak with so many repairers, suppliers, and industry professionals, all sharing ideas, experiences, and a genuine passion for supporting the future of the sector. Events like this are so valuable because they create the opportunity for open conversations, stronger relationships, and collaboration across the industry.

The NBRA continues to play such an important role in supporting repairers and giving the industry a voice. It was clear throughout the event how committed they are to championing the sector, encouraging positive change, and bringing people together for the benefit of repairers, suppliers, insurers, and customers alike.

For us at Estimate Solutions, it was inspiring to see so many businesses working hard to raise standards, improve processes, and support one another. We’re proud to be part of an industry with such knowledge, resilience, and determination.

With a particular estimating system being down or only just starting to come back online, it has been a bit of a headache for a lot of repairers.

It is one of those moments that reminds you how important it is to have a backup plan.

If you prepare your own estimates and have the staff and time to do it, having more than one system available can really help. If one platform has an issue, you are not completely stuck.

There are also companies out there, like Estimate Solutions Limited, The VDA Group and AudaGlass Engineering Ltd, that can provide estimates as a service. That can be a good option if your software is down, your estimator is off, or you just need some extra cover when things get busy.

At Estimate Solutions, we use Solera - Audatex UK and GT Motive UK for insurance-based repairs, and we also have a number of solutions for retail estimates too.

We are delighted to share some fantastic news from Estimate Solutions.

Greg has achieved the City & Guilds 7271 43 Certificate of Competence for Vehicle Damage Assessors through an IMI Approved Centre, and we are incredibly proud of him.

This is a brilliant achievement for Greg and a real positive for the business and the independent repairers we support every day.

The qualification is linked to BS 10125 and reflects the knowledge, skills, and standards expected within the Vehicle Damage Assessor role. That means Greg is now able to support repairers with BS 10125 aligned work and BSI related estimating requirements.

For repairers, this gives even more confidence that the support you receive from Estimate Solutions is grounded in recognised industry standards, correct repair methods, and a proper understanding of what is expected when dealing with compliance focused work.
