1. Visually inspect each tyre at source in Germany.
2. Visually inspect on arrival at our UK warehouse.
3. Thoroughly clean tyres before testing commences.
4. Inflate and pressure test.
5. Spray coat with a rubber sealer which helps prevent premature ageing of the tyre.
6. The tyres are then banded together ready to be collected by our courier

Designed by us and built in France our testing machine clamps the tyre and inflates it to between 2 and 4 bar depending on the particular tyre being tested. then the machine goes through a cycle checking for any irregularities as well as being visually inspected by our specially trained technicians meaning all our tyres are guaranteed tested before we offer them for sale. Please note some tyres may have had puncture repairs carried out in accordance with The British Standard BS AU 159
