Congratulations to Trinity who has passed her driving test this morning at Skegness DTC with only 2 minor faults. Trinity joined me as a partially trained driver who was extremely nervous. Trinity has worked extremely hard throughout our sessions always reflecting and striving to improve her driving skills. Well done on an awesome drive today and conquering those test day nerves. You deserve this moment, thank you for choosing my driving school and good luck for the future. 😃👍🚙💨

James has worked extremely hard during his sessions always striving to improve his driving skills which resulted in a praiseworthy performance at test from the driving examiner. Are you a careful and considerate driver? 🚗💭

The way we act behind the wheel matters – not just for our own journey, but for everyone sharing the road.

✅ Try to be understanding of other road users if they cause problems. It might be because they’re inexperienced or unfamiliar with the area.

✅ Be patient and remember anyone can make a mistake.

✅ Don’t become agitated or get involved if someone behaves badly on the road. Pull over and calm down before continuing your journey.

✅ If a road user pulls out into your path at a junction, slow down and hold back. Do not drive too close behind to intimidate them.

The rules for booking and managing car driving tests are changing.

If you've got a test booked, or you're planning to book one soon, here are the key dates you need to know:

✅ 31 March 2026 – only 2 changes can be made to a booking
✅ 12 May 2026 – only learners are allowed to book a test and make changes
✅ 9 June 2026 – learners can move their booked test only to nearby centres
