After suffering over the last few months of voice messages not coming through to the phone. I.e on a Monday you find 18 messages that have been left going back to the previous Tuesday but only just came through. Enough was enough. They could not offer a reason or solution to this. Some messages were left when I know we were in. (BT)....

As such we have swopped provider they use a very different system/servers/cloud and can access your call logs in/out and messages all on an App on your mobile.
Even though there was plenty of notice as per the service level agreement etc etc. For a seamless changeover on 24th , Our number 01395 911152 will be ported over on the 2nd Jan. In the meantime you will get an engaged tone. You can contact us via email [email protected] till then if needed. We are fully back on 6th but will be in painting, sorting and tidying till then

Have a fab New Year and may it bring all you wish for!!

We have been asked by a number if customers .. do we service Harleys.

Just thought I would get the record straight.
We have a 650KG lift which will take the heaviest tourer.
We are fully insured up to £56k for any 1 damaged motorcycle (we service Vincent's...)

We can collect, as our trailer is large and again takes the largest Bagger.

We have all the software for twin cams and M8s. We can code keys , bleed brakes on twin cams etc etc
We have specialist Harley tools.

We have access to the official Harley service information portal (SIP). We have accounts with all the major Harley parts suppliers in UK, Europe and USA.

We use Harley OEM parts and oils in the main.
Unless you chose otherwise.
We have a fantastic relationship with Harley
Newmarket where we get all our parts from.
They are a proper Harley dealership where they actualy ride and own them.

We have access to a fantastic guy who knows more about Harley shovels And Evos than anyone I know, If there are any questions.

We have come across most of the problems with twin cams , compensators to cam chain tensioner.
M8s from wet sumping, decompressor issue to plastic inlets.
We work on S&S specials, customs , Pans, Shovels and Evos.
We fit tyres, belts, reverse gears etc etc.

So in answer to the question Yes we service Harleys. We also service Indians too.

Below are a couple pics of a custom, M8, twin cam, evo, pan and an Indian.

Just want to remind all that if you are laying your bike up this E5 E10 ethenol petrol will get your carbs gummed up if you do not take some precautions this winter
In order of best to worst ways....Though I am sure there is lots of effective ways to do this.

Start your bike bi weekly and give it a run.

Use Aspen (type) lawn mower fuel. It does not go off.

Turn the fuel off and run the carbs dry. Then drain Carb with drain screw.

Use an additive for ethenol fuel to stop deposits etc. There are lots of these about.

Servicing and MOTs. Have a look at our Web site www.motorcycle-magic.co.uk for what we can do for you. Check us out on Google for our customer
Reviews!!!

Had a number of people asking about fuel injected bikes, you don't need to just for a month or so, Its carb bikes only that suffer from this now. The fuel sits in the float bowls, venturies leading to the idle, air/mixture Circuits and the like. The ethenol leaves deposits which block the small passagways, needle jet or even the actual jets. The ethenol can also attack the rubber and plastic on carbs particularly on the older bikes.
I would never say never but I have not seen this on a fuel injected bike yet in just a couple of months sitting over the winter. You can get blocked injectors with dirty fuel or high milages etc and we do clean them if it is diagnosed with our Injector cleaner kit.
Sorry I did not make this clear about the carb only thing...

This is a problem with Honda Zoomer/Ruckus
The air box deforms with the heat of the engine letting air in directly and leaning off the mixture.
Just does not run well. You can heat and bend into shape but when it gets hot again it will let air through. Good pump of silicone to seal it works well. It's very hard problem to track down and my thanks for the solution goes to a fab guy in the USA.

We use these bars on MOT to make sure back wheel and front are inline. (Wheel adjusted properly at rear)The gap on each side should be the same. Think the bike has had a crash at some point...
