🚐✨ **NOT ALL CAMPERVANS ARE CREATED EQUAL!** ✨🚐

**BIG VAN, BIG IDEAS… AND A WHOLE LOT OF WOW!** 😍

Who says you can't take the kitchen sink with you? 🤣 Well, we certainly didn't leave it behind on this one!

Take a look inside this stunning **Nissan Interstar**, one of our larger bespoke campervan conversions, designed and built right here at **Campervan Warehouse**, entirely to our customer's own specification.

And what a transformation!

This beauty has been packed with clever ideas, practical features and some rather lovely finishing touches.

🛏️ **A proper bedroom!** A full-width fixed double bed at the rear, with loads of storage underneath. No making the bed up every night!

🛋️ **Sit back and relax!** Two comfy upholstered bench seats with a clever slide-out dining table. Perfect for dinner, drinks or planning the next adventure.

🍳 **A kitchen that means business!** Twin induction hob, sink, compressor fridge and plenty of storage, finished in Fjord cabinetry with beautiful Bardolino oak worktops.

⚡ **Power to spare!** 300Ah lithium battery, 3000W inverter, 200W solar panel and charging while driving. Ideal for getting away from it all!

🔥 **Toasty toes!** Eberspächer diesel heating to keep things cosy, whatever the British weather decides to throw at you!

💡 **Set the mood!** Warm LED spotlights, under-cabinet lighting and a splash of blue mood lighting for good measure.

🚽 **Now you see it, now you don't!** A cleverly concealed slide-out toilet. Because nobody wants that as the centrepiece of their living room! 😂

🌳 **And THAT ceiling!** Smoked oak effect slatted ceiling, giving the whole conversion a stylish, contemporary finish.

And let's not forget the huge storage area accessible from the rear doors. Plenty of room for all those things you simply can't leave at home!

**Practical? Absolutely. Stylish? We think so. Ordinary? Not a chance!** 😎

We love creating something a little different, and this is exactly what bespoke conversions are all about.

No standard layouts. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just our customer's vision, brought to life by our team.

Because your campervan should fit YOUR adventures, not the other way around! 💙

Thinking about your own dream camper? Big or small, simple or completely bespoke, we'd love to hear your ideas!

🚐🎉 GREAT NEWS FOR CAMPERVAN OWNERS – DVLA GUIDANCE UPDATED!

Some very welcome news for the campervan conversion industry!

The DVLA has updated its guidance on registering converted vans as motor caravans, and there are some important changes that could make life easier for campervan owners.

✅ POP-TOP ROOFS NOW RECOGNISED!

Previously, DVLA guidance excluded pop-top roofs when considering motor caravan classification. The updated guidance now includes both high-top and pop-top elevating roofs!

✅ NO MORE GRAPHICS REQUIREMENT!

The previous guidance included motor caravan-style graphics on both sides of the vehicle. This requirement has now been removed.

✅ NO AWNING BAR REQUIREMENT!

An awning bar is also no longer listed among the expected external features.

✅ WHAT ELSE IS REQUIRED?

Your conversion will still need appropriate windows, separate access to the living accommodation and the necessary internal facilities, including sleeping, seating, cooking and storage.

📸 Applications must be supported by photographs and the relevant DVLA documentation.

⚠️ IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Having a professionally converted campervan doesn’t automatically mean the DVLA will change its V5C classification. Each application is considered individually.

And remember, even if your V5C still says ‘van’, that doesn’t mean you can’t legally use it as a campervan!

👏 This is a positive step for the campervan industry, particularly owners of VW Transporters, Ford Transit Customs and other popular pop-top conversions.

Here at Campervan Warehouse Ltd, we’re pleased to see guidance that better reflects the campervans people actually own and enjoy!

💔 The boss has left the building.

Yesterday we sadly said goodbye to our Miss Amy Ray. For the past 13 years, Amy has been a constant fixture in the CVW office — supervising proceedings, barking her orders and generally making sure everyone knew exactly who was in charge.

The office feels incredibly quiet without her today and she has left a much bigger gap than such a little dog should be able to.

Sleep tight, Miss Amy Ray. 🌈🐾

The boss, the character and a huge part of the CVW family. We miss you terribly already. 💔

What a transformation! 💙🤍

This garden swing cushion arrived looking very tired, with worn fabric, torn seams and the filling starting to escape in several places.

We stripped it back, repaired and rebuilt what was needed, then gave it a complete fresh look in this bold blue-and-white striped fabric. Extra care was taken to make sure the stripes and seam lines matched neatly across the seat, back and front panel — one of those details that makes a huge difference to the finished result.

We also made two matching scatter cushions to complete the look.

The result is a bright, clean and cheerful swing seat that looks ready for many more summers in the garden.

A lovely reminder that good upholstery can completely revive something that might otherwise have been thrown away.
