Your tyres are the only part of your vehicle actually touching the road.

So, how much do you really know about them?

It’s easy to forget just how little of each tyre is in contact with the road at any one time. This tiny contact patch is where your tyres grip the road, helping you steer, accelerate and stop.

That’s why tyre condition matters. Good tread, correct pressure and a healthy tyre all help maintain grip, especially when the road is wet.
