10 years ago today Al's Tyre shop began officially. At the beginning it was just Al in a van fitting tyres with a mobile service.

Things quickly moved forward and Dean joined with Al as we took on the depot in the November of 2016.
Over the last 10 years we have met some amazing customers, we have had numerous challenges (COVID being the worst) and grown to where we are now.

We would like to thank all the people who have helped along the way, in particular Michelle Littlewood (Mrs Al) for believing it was possible. James Mcginley for his help with training. Hazel Kelly for early belief and financial support. There are far too many to mention but setting up any business requires support so thanks to everyone who has helped.

Running a business is certainly very challenging but at the same time rewarding in many ways. The amount of wonderful people we have worked with and have as customers never ceases to amaze us. Unfortunately we have lost some special people over the years as well and they are forever in our thoughts.

Thank you all for your support over the last 10 years. It means more than you realise!

Our customers and suppliers have helped us to support local charities over the years as well raising thousands of pounds to support those who need it most.

Sorry for the long post but thank you all. Today Al in particular feels very humble and actually quite emotional. What a 10 years it has been.

Good luck to Vicky who is starting her own business. After many years working for the big firms she is going solo. As with all new small businesses she needs everyone to support her. If you are around on a Thursday afternoon she will be popping up to the tyre shop around 2 to 230pm every week.
