FORD SIERRA COSWORTH T5 COMPLETE HYDRAULIC CLUTCH CONVERSION KIT

A complete pedal-to-gearbox hydraulic clutch conversion for Ford Sierra Cosworth models fitted with the Borg Warner T5 gearbox.

If you're running a heavy-duty clutch cover, uprated clutch or paddle clutch, this is one of the best upgrades you can make. It gives a much smoother, more controlled clutch action and replaces the original clutch fork setup with a modern concentric hydraulic release bearing.

The complete kit includes:

Wilwood clutch master cylinder
Heavy-duty pedal rose joint and spacers
Wilwood reservoir and aluminium mount
CNC machined T5 gearbox nose
High-quality concentric hydraulic slave cylinder
New front shaft oil seal
Stainless steel mounting hardware
Inlet and outlet hydraulic fittings
1.5M stainless braided hydraulic hose
All required fittings to complete the conversion

The CNC machined nose replaces the original T5 gearbox nose with no machining required.

The master cylinder conversion requires three holes to be drilled in the bulkhead, and we recommend reinforcing the bulkhead to minimise flex and give the best possible pedal feel.

Different clutch covers can vary in height, so bearing clearance must always be checked during installation. Stainless spacer shims are also available in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm if required.

A proper complete hydraulic conversion designed to make even a heavy clutch much nicer to use.

A look behind the scenes at the manufacture of our Cosworth YB Fuel Pressure Regulators, precision-machined in-house on our Haas CNC machine.

Many original Weber fuel pressure regulators are now decades old. Over time, the internal rubber diaphragm and seals can harden, split or deteriorate, potentially causing incorrect fuel pressure or fuel leaks.

With fuel positioned so close to a hot engine and exhaust system, even a small leak can create a serious fire risk.
