This 2018 Mercedes eclass came in for lack of power issues . After going round various garages it wasn’t cured and in no time we did some testing with parts removal ,we could see the turbo was breathing oil excessively and this had caused the charge cooler to clog on one side restricting air flow , after replacement of the turbo , charge cooler and pipe work the vehicle had all its power restored!

This Mercedes eclass came in for an air con gas leak into the cabin ! At first a nitrogen test located a leaking noise from inside and required dash removal . Once the dash was out along with the heater box we could smoke test the evaporator to check . A large leak was found and the part replaced . Vehicle all back together and working as it should ! mercedesbenz

This 2007 Porsche boxster came into us with a few issues to resolve then get it through an MOT . One issue being a coolant leak , after a pressure test on the system we could see the lines to the drivers front were so corroded and leaking at the joints. With genuine pipes and hoses replaced it’s now leak free and ready to hit the road for the summer ☀️

A Mercedes gls came into us with one side on the rear suspension dropping over time . A Quick diagnosis was made that the air spring was leaking causing the drop . With the new part fitted the same day the vehicle was back on the road and good to go!

It’s officially air con season ! This r129 had an air conditioning leak traced with dye to the compressor housing . The unit was replaced and regassed now working perfectly. We can do air conditioning leak tests and regasses on new or old vehicles , hybrid and full electric vehicles with our new A/C machines were set to go , just give us a call ! 🧊

2021 sprinter in for lack of power . After working through fault codes using our genuine Mercedes star machine we carried out various tests and located a lack of boost flow issue causing the power loss . Issue lies with the turbo allowing oil to pass into the pipes and charge cooler and eventually clogging the intake system. With new parts fitted to cure the issue the van will be back in action in no time ! This Mercedes vclass came to us with a bad smell inside the cabin . We located the smell to the aircon system leaking gas internally . Using various methods we located the leak within the blower box behind the dash which required a full strip down . On removal and testing of the air con evaporator we can see it’s cracked and leaking . With a new one fitted and everything refitted it will be good to go again

A few big jobs underway at the moment , full service and coolant leak testing on a GLE , oil cooler replacement on another GLE , inlet manifold replacement and intake / egr clean on a Bclass , and an Sclass engine had full chain kit replacement with new oil pump and various other parts too ! No job too big or small for us here 😊

Customers vehicle in for lack of power and air mass fault codes . When an airmass fault code is present it doesn’t always mean it’s at fault and requires replacement, in this case we carried out a smoke test on the intake system to find the intercooler is damaged and leaking air causing a fault .
