This is the remnants of a recent inlet Manifold clean, following them coming to us with an engine management light on. After carrying out a diagnostic, with out latest equipment, and reading the fault codes, we were able to conclude that the swirl flaps were seized. We removed the Manifold, carried out a cleaning process of the inside and more importantly allowing the swirl shaft to operate freely.
Put everything back together, road tested which resulted in a happy customer.......

A customer contacted us to enquire about the possibility of increasing their vehicles braking capability, we suggest an upgrade of their Discs and pads. The customer is now over the moon and extremely impressed with the significant improvement......👍
