Thought I’d finally share this beautiful build we did for some of our returning customers last year.
This beautiful Mwb Vw Crafter was completely built in house from scratch as per usual. Designed and built with as much customer input as possible using only the best materials and appliances.
The spec on this van is immense and caters for the customers exact needs.

On the outside we have:
3.4m fiamma awning on the passenger side.
Maxxfan and rear skylight front and rear.
Over 400w of solar.
Vw arches to help house the Black Rhino Wheels and Falken wildpeak tyres.
Evo pods sprayed in matte black.
Vinyl wrapped panels and front grill.
Adventurer curved windows.
Transporter HQ headlights.
Front Bullbar ready for those all important lazer lamps. vans rear ladder wheel carrier and rear box. We had to change from 270° hinges to 180° for this set up.
Powder coated door rail.

The inside is a 2 berth set up with fixed bed and shower and toilet cubicle.
With a flat motorhome style white roof the reflects the light this van feels light and bigger than what it is.
All furniture is built in house by hand and is a combination of lightweight and birch laminated panels Leisure Max
With plenty of cupboards and drawers for ample storage this van ticks all the boxes.
With underslung fresh and waste tanks fitted with weak tank senders and an onboard Truma LimitedD4e diesel heater and water boiler you can shower or wash up anywhere or time you like.
Using a Lamplas shower cubicle and THEdoûr bespoke system to close it off you have plenty of space in there.
The toilet is an electric flush and main tank fill so no extra chemical tanks to fill up.
The van is a Gasless system powered by a Roamer 460ah lithium battery and an array of products including a multiplus2 3000 to make it as offgrid as possible.
All controlled and monitored on the gx colour touch 70
The bed was designed with an extra pullout section to give you even more of stretch out in bed if needed.
Mattress made matress to give that quality and comfort needed for a good nights sleep.
The rear garage furniture is built from birch Hexa board to withstand the constant loading of bikes etc. built for function.
A full width slide out deck to house all your camping gear and bikes.
Vandermoons were added for that final bit of small camping gear stowage.

Another big build leaves the workshop. A brand new lwb sprinter in for the works. This was a full offgrid gasless build with all electric and diesel powered appliances. With 400w of solar charging a Roamer 460ah battery running a full Victron Energy system with 3000w multiplus 2 this van is geared up for any style of adventure in any conditions. With full electric and water tank monitoring on the cerbo gx and touch gx you’ll know exactly how your system is performing.
Boasting a truma D6e heating and hot water is covered at the touch of a button.
Full bespoke furniture build in altofina laminated birch and lightweight ply.
Lamplas shower pod and chemical toilet.
Banwy.co.uk supplied Rib bed in the front and a custom kingsize bed to the rear the camper is 4 carrying and 4 sleeping.
The camper has a 2 ring portable induction hob and Ninja Kitchen UK 8 in 1 oven.
pods and custom made trim rings.
Fresh and waste water tanks mounted under the vehicle with fill and empty points.

A beautiful transit custom conversion we did. This van was built a while back but never got posted up on completion but better late than never they say.

This build consisted of Rap Poptops Ltd roof fitted by rap pop tops prior to it being dropped off with us.

Custom built bi-fold bed and cover panel to finish off the roof space.

Full 3 stage sound deaden and insulation and fully carpeted.

New ply floor fully packed and Altro Royal Oak flooring to compliment the worktop.

Trade Glass Uk windows all round, with 2 sliding openers to let in the summer breeze.

Full bespoke kitchen units built in fjord green and Santa Fe oak. Large rear wardrobe with front and rear access. All built in house by ourselves.

50lt fridge and Smev 9222 hob and sink.

120cm Rib bed in matching black Ford fabric from Banwy.co.uk.

Transit custom aftermarket window Vanshades to give it the extra quality touch it deserves.

The van boasts one of our full 12v with solar & 240v Victron Energy pack.

Multiple 12v and 240v sockets with multiple led lights and under counter and under shelf lighting. Rear swan neck reading lights with usb plug to charge as well.

The van also has a double passenger swive seat fitted after it left us just to make that extra seating space available when parked up.

All in all this transit custom turned out simply stunning with its clean interior design. We hope the owners get plenty of use out of it.

Full conversion on Ryan’s Lwb Crafter.

From bare work van to luxury camper this was a truly great build to do. This van boasts an Impressive spec to be as off grid as possible. When Ryan came in to see us we ran through a list of what he wants and his main needs. One thing on his list was as little carpet as possible and a fixed bed for the adults and separate bed areas for each of the kids were high on his list. Also no shower cubicle just a wardrobe and plenty of storage was key to make going away that little bit less stressful than packing the old t5. After that he pretty much gave us a free reign to let our creativity flow.

(The only thing we’ve not done is the poptop)

Huge garage storage area.

External gas and shower points.

Well they’ve done it again, another feature van article in VWt Magazine on Clare and Carols stunning van. This is the second feature they’ve had and deservidly so. We had the pleasure of building this van nearly 3 years ago now and it looks as good if not better than the day it left the workshop.

So this is a throw back to last year and a beautiful t6 kombi that we converted. After stripping out the seats and removing all the old carpet we fully rebuilt this lovely van in to a stunning camper.

Re-trimmed in smoke carpet with Altro flooring and fitted with a set of Vanshades to give it the quality look it deserves.

Also fitted with a 130cm rib bed for space and comfort not to mention safety. Banwy.co.uk

A bespoke low level slimline unit set and full length overhead shelf in fjord green and Santa Fe oak work tops.

Boasting a full off grid Victron electric install and gel battery with 200w of solar makes this the ideal camper or day van.

We also added a set of black rhino warlord tints with falken wildpeak tyres to complement the rest of the exterior (although we’re still waiting for a picture of them whilst the van is clean guys ) 😂😉
