🚗Ford Focus Clutch Set , Salve cylinder, Clutch Fuild Line Repair

Another vehicle safely back in the workshop!

This time, the customer needed the car to be recovered urgently after the clutch pedal stopped returning properly while driving.

After a thorough inspection, we found that the clutch slave cylinder was leaking, and there was also a slight leak from the clutch hydraulic hose.

After discussing the options with the customer, we decided to replace both components at the same time to prevent further issues and give the hydraulic system a fresh start.

Once the repairs were completed, we carried out a full test drive and final inspection to make sure everything was working correctly before contacting the customer to collect the vehicle.

Another job completed, tested and ready to go. ✅🔧

Customer safety and peace of mind always come first.

🔧 Honda Jazz – Timing Chain Replacement 🔧

This Honda Jazz came to us with the Engine Warning Light on.

After carrying out a full diagnostic check, we found that the intake camshaft position was not within the correct position. We also discovered an unusual noise coming from the VTEC cam pulley.

To make sure the repair was done properly and reliably, we replaced both the Genuine Honda Timing Chain Kit and Genuine VTEC Cam Pulley.

Once the repair was completed, we carried out a thorough road test and everything was working perfectly with no further issues. ✅

Another Honda back on the road and ready for many more miles! 🚗💨

Hopefully this Jazz can keep going strong and help its owner battle on for another 8–10 years! 💪

🔧 Wet Timing Belt Replacement – Honda Civic 1.0

Today’s main job: Honda Civic 1.0 Wet Timing Belt replacement.

We replaced the timing belt and all relevant gaskets with genuine/OEM parts to ensure everything is done properly and reliably. 💯

Although the repair was completed within the same day, quite a few components had to be removed during the job. To make sure everything was sealed properly and there were no oil leaks, we left the engine running and monitored it for an extended period.

We then kept the car overnight for a final inspection before handing it back to the customer the next day. 👌
