It is with a heavy heart that after 27 years in business, Premier Cars Sandbach Limited will be closing its doors from next month.
Nick and I started the business on 3rd August 1998 when we were both in our early 20’s.
The photos attached show how time and technology has evolved and how the car buying process has progressed. From initially advertising in the local Chronicle to eventually launching one of the first car dealership websites in Staffordshire and Cheshire back in 1999, compared to today’s digital sales process of click & collect and online finance applications.
Our decision to close has not come lightly and was a difficult decision to make. With the industry becoming extremely challenging and good stock becoming ever more difficult to source, we have decided that it is now time for a change of direction and to focus our efforts on other business interests.
We are proud of the success we have achieved which would not have been possible without the support and commitment of our dedicated staff. In particular Glenn, Matt, Wendy, Antony and Callum. Some of whom have been with us for over 24 years! We would like to thank them for all their hard work and sincerely wish them the very best of luck for the future.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our very loyal customers, many of whom we can proudly call our friends and who we will greatly miss. Your support and loyalty has been the key to our success which has enabled us to sell in excess of 13,000 cars from our small showroom here in Sandbach.
Our premises will shortly become a local family run Commercial vehicle dealership which we hope you will continue to support as you have done with ourselves for so many years.
We would like to wish you and your families all the very best for the future and express our sincere gratitude to you all.
