At TFS Direct we believe being a supplier is much more than just offering a product. The days of simply placing and order and that being the end of the suppliers job are long gone. Today, service, support, honesty, loyalty and integrity all form part of what WE believe a supplier should be, and what we offer to you. TFS Direct means SERVICE
From initial contact, to product specification, support through the buying process, right through to delivery and after sales support, we are with you every step of the way to make sure you get what you want, when you need it, and above all else, TO GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME! Our sales and service team are an extension of you and your business and always go the extra mile to deliver gold standard service. Our job isn’t over until you are completely satisfied. TFS Direct means SPEED
We constantly strive to being down lead times so you can purchase safe in the knowledge you can complete your job on time with no delay. Our next day tracked delivery service means that with stock products we can have them with you next day. TFS Direct means KNOWLEDGE
We don’t expect you to know the inner workings of our products, especially when it’s a first time installation, and we don’t expect you to guess what the right product is for an installation. Our fully trained service department help to answer any technical questions and help you select the right product for your project. TFS Direct means TRUSTED
You should be able to trust your supplier, trust that they give the right information, trust that they keep you updated with order progress, and trust that they give you an honest answer. We pride ourselves on having a proven reputation of delivering on our promises, and being open and honest with all the information we provide. Our Mission Vision and Values
