🔍 WHAT DOES IT ACTUALLY DO? — SPRAY-CAN EDITION

Penetrating spray, lubricating spray and silicone spray might all look similar on the shelf, but they’re designed for three different jobs.

🔧 Penetrating Spray
A thinner fluid designed to work its way into rusted threads and seized parts. This is the one to reach for when a stubborn nut or bolt refuses to move — effectively giving rusty nuts their freedom. 😂

⚙️ Lubricating Spray
Used on moving metal parts to reduce friction, stop squeaks and help protect against wear. Ideal for hinges, linkages, tools and other parts that already move but need a little help.

✨ Silicone Spray
Better suited to rubber and plastic components such as door seals, window runners and trim. It helps reduce sticking and squeaking while providing protection against moisture.

The simple version:

🔩 Something seized? Penetrating spray
⚙️ Something needs to keep moving? Lubricating spray
🚪 Rubber or plastic sticking or squeaking? Silicone spray

For some jobs, you may need more than one — penetrating spray to free the part, followed by lubricating spray to keep it moving properly afterwards.

Choosing the correct engine oil can be confusing, but using the right viscosity and specification really does matter.

Give me your vehicle registration and I’ll find the correct oil for your engine — no guessing and no standing in front of the shelf trying to decode the bottle!

✅ 1 litre of the correct engine oil — £13.99, regardless of grade
✅ I’ll check the level and top it up for you
✅ Any oil left in the bottle is yours to keep for next time

While the bonnet is open, I can also take a quick look at your coolant and screenwash levels — both are easily forgotten until you actually need them.
