This is from a 2 year old Webasto Heater in daily winter use.It requires new parts and labour. Not cheap. Top tip.
I recommend using a BG Products fuel treatment to run through your heater via the fuel tank to reduce carbon build up and optimise combustion burn.This should help the vehicle as well. Petrol & diesel options available.

Freelander 2 customer came to me frustrated that his aircon lasts a couple of weeks max eventho his condensor was replaced recently. I found both coupling vales leaking. These can easily be replaced - unless they disintegrate. Conventional repair requires replacement pipes at great time+ expense. I managed to cap the pipe, replace the other valve and regas it within a few hours.

Garage owner rang me after having his Land Rover Discovery 3 automatic gearbox fluid (atf) changed. He said it now holds in gear when descending steep hills. Before it would change up through the gears, which can be dangerous, especially when towing a trailer/horsebox.
As a guide, atf oil change at a max of 40,000 miles is recommended to keep your gearbox healthy.

This 207k mile automatic vehicle had sluggish gear change. Using machine allows all the gearbox internalls to be cleaned, atf oil to be completly exchanged with a oil protector added after. Conventionally only 60-70% of oil gets exchanged.

This vehicle had failed it's emissions test on the annual test. This 1.6 diesel has over 100k miles.
I serviced it and used BG EPR and BG Diesel care in the fuel filter to radidly clean the injectors.
Customer rang me to say it had passed the emissions test and no need to replace expensive parts.
