It started with two Audison subs mounted underneath the front seats.

Unfortunately for me, that meant creating even more work, because I knew the factory speakers definitely wouldn’t cope with the levels of bass we’re going to achieve.

But, as Baldrick once said: “I have a cunning plan, sir.”

So, here we go. I’ve enabled all of the speakers in the vehicle, which originally came with just two front speakers and two tweeters. I’ve also used the factory Sony upgrade speakers from his son’s vehicle. We replaced those with high-quality units in the last build, but they’re still a massive improvement over the basic factory audio fitted to these vehicles.

Combine that with activating the rear speakers, and the use of the fader on the screen gives you complete control. It also means we can work our magic and really fine-tune the system.

All in all, this will be another build that blows the customer away — and that’s exactly what we’re here for. Our mission is to exceed your expectations every time.

Just putting speakers in the bulkhead — PL-Autotek edition.

Yes, you could cut a couple of holes, screw some speakers in and call it a day.

But it will look rough, sound worse, and leave the installation feeling like an afterthought.

This is how it should be done: a properly built, carpet-trimmed bulkhead panel, securely mounted Hertz speakers, neat protected wiring and a finish that looks like it belongs in the van.

The result is cleaner, more solid and gives you a far better sound experience in the cab — without compromising the vehicle’s finish.

If you are going to put speakers in the bulkhead, do it properly.

Poor quality Amazon and eBay car play kits.

This is simple if you buy them and they fail it’s not down to me. I’m fitting what you present and it’s not my fault if they do not work properly unfortunately
