Hello I’m Adam, an approved driving instructor (ADI). I’m based in St Austell and cover Bodmin test centre.

After being a primary school teacher for over 11 years, I decided to transition into teaching people how to drive instead.

A big well done to Dredan, who conquered his nerves, and passed his test first time today. Enjoy getting out in your car and give me a wave if you see me out on the road. 😀

It was Charlie’s turn this afternoon to pass his test with just 2 driving faults. A great drive and a thoroughly well-deserved pink license. Well done mate. Enjoy being out on the road. 😀

A huge well done to Toby who passed, first time, this morning with just a few little driving faults. I’ll miss our lessons mate and chatting about golf. Have a great time in Scotland and good luck on the car hunt. 😀

A fantastic first time pass for Tabitha today who conquered her nerves and had some lovely comments from the examiner on a very nice drive.
Our lessons have been really enjoyable and don’t forget to give me a wave when you’re out on the road 😀.

A fantastic day for Chloe who passed her driving test today with just one fault. I don’t think Chloe will mind me saying that this was her second test and that on her first test, she got just one fault also but failed in the final 5 seconds of her test - how unlucky can you be. It was definitely worth the wait for today. You really are a fantastic driver and this is thoroughly deserved. Enjoy your freedom and I’ll see you out on the road or when you come to support at football. 😀

Well, Chloe didn’t have much pressure after James’ test this morning but she only went and passed with 0 driver faults, first time, too. What a fantastic drive and so well deserved. Hopefully your car is ready today 😀.

A fantastic first time pass for James today with 0 minors. Excellent feedback from the examiner too. Enjoy your car now and good luck with the rest of the school year and rugby 😀.

A huge well done to Gabriella who passed with just a couple of driver faults, in her own car. I’m so proud of you. You are a great driver and now you can get yourself about 😀

A big well done to Coby for passing his test today, first time, with just a few driver faults. You’re an excellent driver. It’s now time to trade your tractor for your car. Safe driving 😀

A great start to the day for Becca who passed her test this morning, first time, with just 1 driving fault. It sounds like you had a great drive on your test and to quote the examiner, “It was perfect.” Well done again and no more driving to Bodmin for you 😀.
