This mx13 engine has hydrolocked. Hydro lock is when water enters the engines cylinder, unlike air water is incompressible so on the upwards stroke of the piston it jams it solid unable to complete its stroke. This will instantly stop the engine and usually cause major engine damage such as bent push rods and or conrods.

There are a few ways this can happen, driving through flood water is one but in this case it’s due to a coolant leak.
