Nice bmw f11 with the 2.0d b47 engine in for our same day timing chain replacement service the car was on 150k and showing signs of the chain stretching it did come in for preventative maintenance so the customer caught this in time and all the work carried out whist the customer waited in our waiting area

Nice little 120d in today for our same day timing chain replacement car dropped off at 9am ready to collect for 4pm

One from today bmw f31 30d Xdrive with chain rattle the customer was very lucky with this one as the teeth on the top sprocket had ground down next to nothing.

Here’s one from the other day just a reminder that a cheap price is not best as this car had a chain replacement done 18 months ago and the guides have broken up and blocked the oil pickup pipe and starved the turbo of oil we supplied a good used turbo new chain kit (iwis) all done same day and a very happy customer

Here one from last week customers daughter over filled the car with oil causing the car to run up on its own oil that resulted in it over revving and spinning a rod bearing we supplied a fully rebuilt engine all work completed in 3 days

N47 320d from this week had smashed both top timing chain guides that resulted in the chain jumping and the valves hitting the pistons all work completed in 2 days to get the customer back on the road as quickly as possible

Job we had in this week customer had engine fitted by another garage and asked for timing chain to be fitted while the engine was out he payed for it but as you can see he is a lucky man as he drove in with it like this was taken care of same day while he waited
