Cambridge Motorworks started out life in 2009 as Cambridge Miniworks for the next 14 years we served the local community with their vehicle sales and servicing requirements. In 2018 Blake enlisted the help of Ian Newey a vastly experienced Automotive Operations Manager who bought with him a wealth of knowledge in the running of both sales and service departments, this enabled Blake to develop and

grow the business still further. Driven by our "Passion for Excellence" ethos we operate a "Pressure Free" car sales environment which allows our customers to make an informed decision on their purchase in their own time. In our Service department we offer the same ethos of a "Pressure Free" environment which allows our customers to make honest informed decisions on which repairs they require. Specialising in BMW Mini and all makes servicing the business has developed to the point where we have simply outgrown our Great Shelford premises so in January 2023 to complement our Shelford branch we acquired 'Wilshers Garages Ltd' in Wimpole west of Cambridge on the A603. Wilshers Garages Ltd were established in 1963 for Used car sales and servicing specialising in VAG vehicles. John and Jane Wilsher have successfully run the garage since it opened in 1963 but in 2023 they decided that it was time to pass the business on to someone who had the same business values as they had practiced. By combining both Cambridge Miniworks and Wilshers Garages Ltd we now have 4 technicians with over 150 years combined expertise and we now Specialise in both Mini and VAG vehicles whilst continuing the ability to service all other makes.
