Sometimes in life you’ve just got to sit back and just smile.

Those who are closest to me and Jen know all the stress we have had to endure these past 12 months with a plethora of things thrown at us all at once.

I’ve struggled massively. But we are still very much standing.

Today I’ve finally got my man cave up and running (thanks Les Smith for all your efforts!).

This is one of my happy places. Where I can quieten my very active and noisy brain.

And today I’ve built this absolute stunner.

98 Yamaha R1. Came partially built.

I took myself away in my man cave, shut the door for a good few hours and created this.

Before I was really good at what I now do, I was laughed at, ridiculed, was the butt of people’s jokes that I couldn’t use a spanner, didn’t have a clue what I was doing.

Well, let me tell you this:

NEVER LET SOMEONES DARKNESS DIM YOUR LIGHT!

This bike has been sold and is off to Germany in a few weeks. The new owner been a avid R1 enthusiast. This will be his 3rd.

The people that ripped the p**s out of me and put me down to make themselves look good at my expense - I’ve saved this post especially for you 🖕🏼

Who’d have thought all these years later I still believed in myself and now I’m selling bikes to customers in Europe now (this is my 4th bike to go overseas).

Not bad for a mardy fat ginger lad eh?

IAC MOTORCYCLES have finally found our beautifully restored Yamaha YZF 750r a forever home.

She’s off to Welsh Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿with new owner Wayne.

Wayne got his son to drive him 4 and a half hours from South Wales to Rother Ride showroom where the bike was.

He took one look, fell in love, explained he had sold this exact model bike when he was younger and wanted one back in his life ever since!

We were happy to oblige!

The best thing, he’d brought his leathers and lid with him and has rode it back home!

What a lad!
