Customers z155 Pitbike engine in for some rebuild work…

Cracked middle engine case and right side case, jammed gearbox, cracked flywheel.

The engine has undergone the following work:
- New engine cases (mid & right side)
- New flywheel and woodruff key
- crank bearings and output shaft bearing
- Full gearbox cluster including drum
- All gaskets top to bottom also done

Ok for any questions you might have on your bikes.

Customers bike. Pocket bike 49cc engine. Brought in today running, cutting out and not staying running for more that 30 seconds. Received a full carb clean, main jet cleaned out and float re setting correctly.

The bike is now up for sale. Received some engine prep work getting it running perfectly!

Demon XLR140, good condition all round there are literally no issues with the bike at all. Just had a new piston kit and gaskets. Starts first time with loads of compression.

It’s a CRF70 Size frame with extra engine support underneath (standard XLR frame)

The last two photos are just showing the engine out, new piston.

Bike has good brakes and rides perfectly. Located in Rotherham and collection only.

Currently working on a project that will be for sale in the next few weeks... it’s a 1988 Kawasaki KX125, can be very rare bikes these days! Bike is having engine rebuild work, panel restoration work and is being restored to very good condition. Progression photos will be taken And posted soon. The bike will be for sale so any genuine interest please feel free to pm me for any information required!

Here is the WPB with the YX140 engine, z40 Race cam and race springs (standard) bike has no issues at all. Runs perfectly and with the big bore exhaust sounds good too. Suspension has stiff/soft adjustable as well as height adjustable.

Bike has just had the following bits new:
- Plastics
- Custom graphics (not arrived)
- Grips
- Wheels (not arrived)

Bike is £700 and all offers will be ignored. The parts that haven’t arrived will be here this weekend and photos will be taken on completion for those serious buyers. (Not for sale until parts have arrived)
