Ford fiesta recovered to us with the clutch pedal stuck to the floor.

Up on completing a diagnostic check, we found that someone had topped the brake fluid up using power steering fluid 🤔

After a quick chat with the customer he informed us he had just had a service and mot carried out at another garage.

New master cylinder and 25litres of brake fluid later the car was back to normal and back on the road 👌

Ford fiesta 1.0 eco boost recovered to us as a non runner.. stripped down to find the timing was out, up on further inspection this is what we found, teeth missing off the timing belt. We removed the cylinder head and found 4 bent valves.

New head gasket kit, new valves, new timing belt kit, removed the sump to clean the oil pick up strainer. Rebuilt and good as new.

This is a very common fault on the 1.0 eco boost engine, we offer a engine rebuild service in house on any 1.0 eco boost engine. Get in touch for any details.

Ford fiesta recovered into us for the brake pedal been hard, found the vacuum pump had been starved of oil and collapsed quite a common fault on the 1.0 engine, removed the sump, new oil pump strainer fitted, new timing belt fitted and new vaccum pump. Rebuilt and returned to customer.

Focus st225 in for losing coolant, found head gasket to be at fault, removed cylinder head sent it off for pressure testing, whilst we was in there customer asked us to carry out block mod, built up and returned to customer ready for remapping.
