With the 2018 track season well & truly underway and with British Champs, England Champs & English Schools not too far away, if anyone is looking to brush up, practice barriers & waters or just to do a different session over the jumps then please message and we can arrange. Last weekend WSEH ladies steeplechasers coached by Shireen Higgins spent the day brushing up on their hurdling technique. On a cold January day some great work was done!! Judging from the work that was done the group are sure to add to their titles.
