Looking for a new opportunity? We’d love to welcome a Service Receptionist to our friendly and busy team!

If you’re organised, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Welcoming customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs
• Answering calls and responding to customer enquiries
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
• Supporting the workshop team with scheduling and administration
• Delivering excellent customer service every day

⭐ What we’re looking for:
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good computer skills
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Previous customer service, reception or motor trade experience is a bonus, but full training can be provided for the right person
