‘Twas the wrap before Christmas, and in the night’s glow,
A rumble approached through the fresh-fallen snow.
Not a sleigh but a tanker, enormous in size,
Pulled up to our shop, a surprise for our eyes. ❄️
The door opened wide, and who should appear?
But Santa himself, with a tanker to steer
“This isn’t my sleigh,” he began with a clap,
“It’s my fuel toting treasure, in need of a wrap!” 🎅
“It carries my tipple, my festive delight,
And keeps my reindeer extra perky all night.
But this red’s grown tired, it’s faded, it’s plain
I’ve come to the best with your award winning name.” 🙌🏼
We nodded and smiled, said, “Santa, no fear,
We’ll give it a finish to spread festive cheer!”
Disassembling parts, we worked through the night,
To turn Shire Fuels ’ tanker from red into white. 🤍
Out came the gloss, so smooth and pristine,
Its white finish rivaled the cold winter’s sheen.
For flair, we added a wave blue and green,
A custom design that looked bold and clean. ✨
We considered a matte, but gloss stole the show,
Reflecting the light in a radiant glow.
From roof to fenders, the tanker was dressed,
No bubble, no wrinkle - we aimed for the best. 🤌🏼
Then came the reindeer, their names all rebranded,
A lineup of vinyl that left us enchanted.
First was Avery, sleek and refined,
Then Hexis, with colors that blew our damn mind. 🦌
Oracal trotted, his edges so clear,
With Teckwrap and KPMF bringing up the rear (no shade guys 😘)
Metamark and 3m followed, but for a finish this smart,
It had to be Arlon who stole our heart. 🫶🏼
Santa was beaming as we finished the wrap,
A tanker transformed, no mishap or gap.
He ran his gloved hand along every seam,
Admiring the tanker’s new festive gleam. 💎
“Now this is the work of a workshop that does care,
Each panel so flawless, the craftsmanship rare.
This tanker’s my secret, my prize on the road,
A gift to the world with its precious payload.” 😍
He hopped in the cab, the engine did roar,
And off he went, leaving our shop once more.
But we heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight,
“Merry Wrap-mas to all, and to all a good night!” 🎅
