🔥 RANGE ROVER EVOQUE SAVED FROM MAJOR DPF & ADBLUE ISSUES 🔥

Today’s job was this Evoque in with serious DPF and emissions system problems 🚗💨

The customer originally contacted us regarding a blocked DPF… but as always, we don’t just stop at the obvious issue 👀

After carrying out full diagnostics and deep live data testing, we uncovered the REAL root cause behind the repeated DPF problems 👇

❌ Exhaust gas temp sensor stuck at 40°C
❌ Regen warm-up phase unable to complete
❌ Multiple AdBlue system faults
❌ NOx exceedance codes stored
❌ Faulty AdBlue pump
❌ Bank 1 NOx sensor reading no data
❌ AdBlue tank pressure faults

Because the system couldn’t correctly monitor exhaust temperatures or NOx output, the vehicle was unable to carry out proper regenerations — eventually leading to the blocked DPF issue.

💻 We walked the customer through all live data readings step-by-step and showed exactly why the faults were happening and what parts are required to permanently fix the problem.

This is why proper diagnostics matter.

Safe to say the customer was seriously impressed with the level of testing and expertise provided — so much so we’re now:

🔥 Jaguar F-Pace in Limp Mode? We’ve Got It Covered 🔥

We had this 2019 Jaguar F-Pace in with us after a recommendation from one of our loyal customers 👏 (we appreciate every one of you!)

❗ The issue:
– Vehicle stuck in limp mode
– Wouldn’t rev past a certain RPM
– Poor performance overall

🔍 What we found:
After running full diagnostics and live data logging, we uncovered:
✔ Turbo overboost & underboost faults
✔ Faulty electronic turbo actuator
✔ Failed particulate matter sensor (very common on these engines!)
✔ DPF sitting at a massive 90% full due to missed regenerations

💪 Carried out a full high-pressure DPF clean – back to like new
📊 Identified and confirmed all faults with precise testing
🔧 Sourced the correct replacement parts for a permanent repair

Another Audi suffering with DPF issues!

Was pretty bad this one but we got it right back to where it should be and all the faults cleared

So as you can see no prizes for guessing correctly which Cat was blocked on this SVR. Causing limp mode!

As you can see by the end both have a much more equal stream of gases exiting the exhaust. By the end they were perfect and the fault was fixed!

It’s only been in to Land Rover 3 times with no fix offered! Took me 15 mins to diagnose and 30 mins to repair! #

BMW 520d - So this ones been off the road for a while!

Could barely run, when revved sounded awful, spluttering and choking up.

So we quickly got to stripping the engine apart and noticed a loose inlet manifold, blocked faulty EGR valve and a DPF in need of some tender loving care!

So we got to sorting all the above! When we started it and revved it, Absolute result! (Video in Comments)

Engine was purring like a Cheshire Cat afterwards with customer reporting that its pulling better than it ever has since hes had the car!

Thats what we love to hear!

Range Rover Evoque 2.0D 2019 - Multiple Issues at just 45k miles.

Faulty adblue system, cracked DPF which has also blocked up the low pressure EGR cooler.

Price for the new DPF on this model? £4000

Price to fix the Adblue System £1000s

Price to clean the EGR cooler everytime it blocks? £120

So after booking us in, we called out to diagnose this properly and give the owner some options moving forward!

We also made it safe to drive now by flushing the dpf and cleaning the EGR cooler out!

We also recalibrated the Adblue System and got all the lights off for now!

Customer now has to decide what course of action they want to take!

We did a 2019 Jaguar E Pace yesterday with 47k miles on same engine….. guess what codes!

DPF and EGR!! Tailpipe full of soot!
