We have been contacted by a former sailor at the club. For personal reasons, he may be unable to go on a two-week sailing holiday he has booked on the Ionian Sea. He is wondering if there is any club member interested in taking over the booking. It is from 4-18 October. If you may be interested contact Steve Holgate on 07885039669. The club has no involvement in any personal arrangements made.

At last a good sailing day for our latest training course. Congratulations to Lisa, Roel and George and a huge thanks to all the volunteers who made it happen - Robin, Wendy, Andrew, Carol and Jonathan.

Another lovely evening for sailing. We had a new member enjoying the conditions with a new boat to the club. Welcome, Andy. Wendy and Liv had an interesting evening but we'll not mention that!!!

Impromptu working party at the sailing club today. Dinghies and ribs repaired, walkways strengthened, and grass trimmed. It is looking better, but we need members to come and cut the grass around their berths.
