Well it’s been a rollercoaster of a day with this one 😅 (again sorry for lack of photos)

One from the other day, apologies for the lack of photos

****EVERYONE PLEASE CHECK WHEEL FIXINGS WHEN & SHORTLY AFTER LEAVING ANY GARAGE. NOT JUST FOR PIECE OF MIND BUT FOR YOURS & OTHER ROAD USERS SAFETY!!!!*****

This transit connect unfortunately suffered a ruined hub & wheel bearing, a result of going to a garage that hadn’t correctly fastened his wheel nuts. whilst Inspecting the damage we noticed both lower arms and ball joints had excessive play, an abs sensor was broke, a torn cv boot, a hole in the drivers sill. All of which the garage that he went to did not mention allowing him to drive away in a unsafe van without having the proper knowledge of what needed to be done.

So to sum up, instead of telling their customer the issues with the van. they left it and caused more issues by incorrectly fitting wheel nuts, which was only hand tight!

We will NOT be naming this garage and will leave any further action down to the customer.

luckily this customer had heard of our flawless reputation through one of our other customers, and made the decision to use us for the repairs. well that was definitely the correct choice as now they know their van is safe and ready to hit the road once again!

One from today (we secretly want this car but don’t tell the owner😂)

Today we’ve fitted poly bushes to the rear axel and new rear brake lines. Which as you can see by the side by side of the old & new bushes it was very much due 😅

Hopefully this can help the owner fall back in love with their car again and have many more happy (and smokey😅) miles to come

Have another one from today ☺️ (apologies for camera quality)

The owner of this lovely fiesta ST messaged us enquiring about fitting his coilovers & tracking, of course we was happy to help!

We’re sure it’s going to feel much better in the corners now and it sits lovely now!

This job was done extremely cheap compared to what high street garages would’ve charged this young gentleman, with the money he saved by coming to us we’re sure he will be looking for more modification options😂

This Astra belongs to a regular customer of ours who brought in for a MOT, being 21 years old with less than 100k miles it was a surprise it failed due to the anti roll bar link boot being torn. Of course this is just a wear and tear item & we fitted this in right away, got it re-tested & back on the road for another year!

Another from this week!

This came to us needing a driveshaft & front brakes. Whilst working we noticed a cv boot had split, rang the customer to get authority to carry out those repairs and cracked on getting the car right again!

We don’t give you the answer most garages do “you’ll have to book back in” we get it all done in one swoop!

We carry out all repairs in a timely manor and keep in touch with our clients throughout every step of the process!

Been really bad at posting again 🤦🏼‍♂️

Anyway here’s one from today, a customer said they needed front brakes & oh boy did they! we performed a minor service found a few more issues we will be sorting very soon and changed the front brakes. Luckily we got to this just in time or it would’ve needed a set of callipers 😬

Safe to say the owner is beyond pleased with the result and now the lack of grinding noise everytime the brakes are pressed 🤣

As usual top quality parts and work at a fraction of the usual cost!! we’re able to do this as our #1 priority is customer satisfaction, not the amount in our bank!! ❤️
