** Courtesy Car **
Just a gentle reminder for anyone that uses our Courtesy cars when your vehicle is in with us.
It is free to use, we dont charge for this privilege, all we ask is that you replenish the fuel that you use and take good care of it.
We try and make sure its clean and tidy after the last person that uses it. Sometimes this may not be possible due to it might come back in and go staight out again.
Now...... i have no problems in customers having animals in the car, i get it, I have dogs and various other animals, Sometimes you need to take them to the vet or out for a walk at the local dog walking site, again all I ask is to clean up after them and lay some kind of protection down, ( blanket or towel ) if your animal sheds hair or messes in the car, this includes toilet or muddy poor prints, can you please make sure you throughly clean it up and deodoarise.
Luckily we havent had any toilet accident yet, but it has taken me almost an hour just to remove pet hair from the back seat and the back of the drivers seat, even on the back of the head rest, where other customers will be in close proximity.
I am a very small business and that kind of time really matters to the day to day running of the business, not only that, it can delay booked work.
Again we dont charge for the use of these Courtesy Cars, but with costs rising in insurance, tax and servicing/repairs not including the extra time now taken to clean, I might have to either start charging to use or get rid of them. But for now, they are staying and will still be free to use.......
