We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised Administrator / Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team here at Shore Vans!

We're a busy, independent Cornwall-based business specialising in campervan conversion parts and accessories, and we're looking for someone to help support our continued growth.

💻 What's involved?

Customer service via phone, email and face-to-face

Managing and updating online product listings

Helping with social media and email marketing

General administration and supporting the wider team

🙌 Who are we looking for?

Someone with great communication and IT skills, a positive attitude, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Experience in e-commerce would be a bonus, but full training will be provided!

📍 Location: Redruth

💷 Starting pay: £12.71 per hour

🕘 Hours:

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours)

Part-time: Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm (28.75 hours)

You’ll work as part of a small, ambitious team where your ideas are welcomed and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in real marketing projects from day one.

🎓 36-month Practical Period + 6-month Apprenticeship Assessment
⏰ 32 hours per week – Monday to Friday
📍 Redruth, Cornwall
💰 £10.00 per hour first year
💰 £10.85 per hour second/third year – dependent on age
