This vehicle came in with a noticeable knock and clunk coming from the steering column area.🔧

After a full inspection, we traced the fault to a worn flexible steering coupler inside the electric power steering motor assembly. The steering column was partially dismantled, the damaged coupler was removed and a new replacement was fitted.

Everything was then carefully reassembled, checked for correct alignment and fully tested. A final road test confirmed the knocking and unwanted movement had been eliminated, with the steering now operating smoothly again. 🚗✅
