Our inspection and diagnostic on this Mercedes minibus for one of fleet customers included carrying out a diagnostic health check on the vehicles electrical system as well as carrying out a engine cylinder compression test. After compression testing the vehicle and comparing our results to the manufacturers data, we soon knew this tired engine had seen its day. The quickest, easiest and most cost effective solution was quickly decided and we supplied and fitted a reconditioned engine and had this minibus back on the road.

2008 Vauxhall Zafira Battery Light On Dash.
This Vauxhall came up with a battery warning light on the dashboard.
After diagnosing the issue throughly we found the alternator to be defective and high resistance on the main power cable battery terminal resulting in premature failure of the alternator. New battery cables made to specification and fitted along with new alternator unit.

This Mercedes Waterpump bearing & seal had failed, resulting in the leaking coolant throwing the already worn belt off. With all these worn pulleys, pump & belt replaced this vehicle was back on the road in no time.
