It’s Friday round up time again gang 💪🏻.

First up a 2018 BMW S1000XR for a major 18k service inc the important valve clearance inspection - which were all in spec.

A Royal Enfield Himalayan for some small adjustments and check over.

A K6 Suzuki GSX-R750 track bike for a full check over and safety inspection, upon the inspection all fluids were flushed and replaced and fork seal sets replaced along with some other adjustments like re-routing the throttle cables and brake lines.

A 2014 BMW S1000RR track bike again for a full safety inspection, loctite applied to both resets, footpegs and gear lever mechanism along with fitment of HEL brake master cylinder and clutch perch with lever, diagnostic check and the end can repaired and repacked with wadding (customer has fairings for some damage repairs to be carried out)

Then a light recommissioning of this stunning 2.5k miles from new 2009 HRC 50th Anniversary edition CBR1000RR Fireblade which had its 17 year old Bridgestone 015 tyres replaced with some fresh S22’s, full engine and chassis check over with some new spark plugs and a throttle body balance - this machine now rides like it’s fresh out of the factory, a credit to its owner.

Plus a set of rear brake pads supplied and fitted to a Kawasaki Ninja and 2 sets of loose wheels for customer supplied tyres.

Have a good weekend all and ride safe 👍🏻🍻

It’s Friday round up time again after another crazy week - maybe because that sun is still shining 🌞

First up through the doors a 2013 Kawasaki Z1000SX for a set of headrace bearings, new front brake pads and a charging fault - traced back to a burnt out stator.

A 2025 KTM 350 SXF for a valve clearance inspection.

Another KTM 350 enduro for some electrical issues that needed addressing ready for Weston Beach Race at the end of the month.

A 2022 Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory for annual service and a pair of OEM handlebar grips.

A Lexmoto LS-N 125 for a new drive chain and sprocket kit.

A 2017 Yamaha MT-10 for a new drive chain and sprocket kit also.

A 1984 Honda NH125 Aero for a cold start issue, out comes the bystarter for testing and cleaning of all electrical connections, plus a repair to the 2 stroke oil delivery pipe using oem parts.

A 2025 BMW R1300GS for a pair of Michelin Road 6 tyres.

A 2007 BMW R1200R for a new fuel float level sensor and calibration.

Then last off one of the long term projects leaving - a 1996 Suzuki TS50X for running issues - a new old stock carb sourced fitted and set up after a Chinese item was grafted on with some weird spacers and gaskets by a previous owner plus some new wheel bearings, headrace bearings and check over for a MOT.

Have a good weekend all and ride safe! 🍻

A 2020 KTM 300 EXC TPI that has been sitting for a while and was a non starter, after some diagnostics the fuel pump had a corroded connection and then a non spark was the other issue that was a wiring problem with the kill switch, all sorted and checked over plus a MOT.

A 2023 Honda NC750x for a pair of Oxford pro heated grips and some external fog lights all wired into the ignition and not just connected straight to the battery!

A 2023 Triumph Speed Twin for an annual service.

A 2011 Triumph Street Triple 675 R for a major 36k service with 2 exhaust shims needing replacing to bring the engine back into full potential plus a pair of new front wheel bearings due to them being very rough that would have eventually broken up!

Have a good weekend all and ride safe! 🍻

Can’t beat a refreshed brake caliper and some new brake pads 😎 We fully clean all brake caliper areas, pins, clips, shims, springs and pistons when fitting new pads and on services too. I’ve seen some just push the pistons back and fit new pads so all the road grime gets squeezed into the piston seals 🙁
