A trip to see The Flying Scotsman. Great day being able to walk through the Tender and onto the footplate while under steam.

Making tracks 3 good display, but they should have barriers to provide a passage for children. Lots of kids could not get through all the old men.

So today a wet York. The National Railway Museum run by the Science Museum with free admission. Spectacular.

Great day at the Science Museum run Locomotion. So much to see with free entry truly spectacular. Notlooking the same without the Great Gathering. I will have to see what we can do about that.

Making Tracks 3 excellent layout but could do with a handrail about two feet away from the tracks to allow the kids access in front of us old men to be able to see the layout. My grandson could only get to se the back and ends. Shame. Apart from my little moan excellent.

Dylan and I are starting on a new venture together. Our new second home has been erected. Now have to get roof and flooring done. Then it is the electrics.

The fun then starts.
