Today, we say a heartfelt farewell to our Chair of the Board, Rachel Collier, as she embarks on an exciting new chapter with the RNLI.

Rachel first joined us as a Director in 2018, bringing dedication, passion, and a genuine commitment to our organisation. Through her hard work and leadership, she became Chair of the Board in 2022.

On behalf of everyone, we want to thank Rachel for the contribution she has made over the years. Her leadership has helped shape our organisation, and she leaves with our deepest gratitude and best wishes.

Rachel, we wish you every success in your new role with the RNLI. We know you'll make just as positive an impact there as you have with us. You will be greatly missed, but we look forward to seeing all that you achieve in this exciting new chapter.

Thank you, Rachel, and fair winds for the journey ahead ⚓️ 🩵
