Dear valued customers,
I would like to inform you about some upcoming changes here at Leisure Tech Sussex effective from Wednesday 1st July 2026.
Since starting the business, I have always aimed to put customers first by continually investing in both training and accreditation to provide the highest standard of service. Working alongside the National Caravan Council (NCC) and holding Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS) status recognises my achievements and qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Gas and Plumbing systems.
This includes attending manufacturer courses and becoming a local service agent for brands such as Alde, Whale, Truma and Thetford; covering refrigeration, cooking appliances, and even toilets.
I have also invested heavily in specialist tools and equipment to ensure repairs and servicing can be carried out efficiently and professionally at your home or storage location.
This strengthens one of Leisure Tech's key benefits: we are a fully mobile service, saving you the time and inconvenience of taking your motorhome or caravan to fixed premises for even minor repairs, servicing, and maintenance. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are now required to register for VAT (Value Added Tax).
Unfortunately, this will result in an increased costs to customers going forward. Over the last 15 months, I have worked hard to avoid increasing prices despite rising operating costs and no recent annual price increases, but VAT registration now makes this unavoidable.
I want to give as much notice as possible to customers who are already booked in, so you are fully aware of these changes and, of course, free to make alternative arrangements if you wish.
If you have any questions, queries, or would like an updated quotation, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you again for your continued support — it is genuinely appreciated.
Kind regards,
Andrew
